Tasked as part of the Governors vision to enhance the user experience across state agencies using the state’s digital government platform. Lead project presentations and information gathering sessions with agency leads to capture priority content, identify key users, significant issues, use cases, SME's and other foundational elements

Collaborated with business users, developers and other subject matter experts related to the implementation of Identity and Access Management project which included Single Sign on (SSO), Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) and Password complexity, and Net ID Claiming. Documented current and future state process flows, use cases, and business requirements.

Coordinated company wide application testing for Windows 10 Deployment project.

Managing QA and testing efforts related to multiple projects including: Migration of enterprise from Lotus Notes to MS Office and Outlook environment, the creation of Customer Portal for viewing and paying bill statements as well as moving from an on premise legacy to Web based Budget Billing and Fuel Donation processes, moving Bill Print Processes to outside vendor, and coordination of the validation of over 900 applications during Windows 10 deployment.

Lead QA for SIT and UAT efforts related to web based integrated eligibility management system for State of Connecticut Social Services Dept. Produced test artifacts, managed test labs, and documented and remediated test results using JAMA/JIRA. Worked closely with vendors to review results of ADA testing (JAWS and WAVE tools).

Consulting Role with Judicial IT department working on Connecticut Information Sharing System. When completed, this system will integrate all Judicial and Criminal Justice, State and Local Law Enforcement, Dept of Corrections, Board of Pardons and Parole, DMV, and other key state systems to ensure quicker and easier access to data related to criminal offenders.
