Our customers will have direct engagement with the ownership team and will be able to pull knowledge and expertise from our manufacturers as we collaborate to meet our customer’s needs, and resolve their challenges. We supply ball, gate, check, globe, control, and choke valves to the Oil & Energy industry.

-Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, and business process and organizational planning-Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services with sales, dispatch, and management team through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between divisions-Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence-Oversee overall short and long-term planning, systems and controls-Management of agency budget in coordination with the COO and CFO-Payroll management,-Regular meetings with COO, CFO, Sales, and Divisional Managers-Supervise and coach Divisional Managers on a weekly basis-Organize sales visits with customers, deliver presentations on services, establishing new business, conferences and meetings, and negotiating contracts.

-Work with dispatch daily to ensure proper equipment and capable staff are provided to clients-Responsible for emergency call outs on 24 hour basis-Conduct interviews and hire firefighters working with HR & safety department-Provide on-site standby protection of life, property, and environment against fire and hazardous materials-Conduct practical, classroom, and physical training for fire crews to maintain necessary knowledge, skills, and physical fitness levels-Provide leadership and mentor probationary firefighters -Maintain a safe and clean shop area with day to day tasks

-Worked 15 on 6 off schedule being on 24 hour call out basis during scheduled shift-Perform units pretrip inspections, personal log books, JSA's, incident reports, near miss reports, and conduct daily tail gate/safety meetings-Provide Fire/Shower protection to clients on a stand by basis while on site. Perform prejob inspections of locations. Discuss potential hazards and devise ERP's, muster areas, and rescue plans in case of incident-Mentor and train probationary firefighters, teach them company policies/procedures and share industry based knowledge and job scope information-Maintain daily shop duties and ensure equipment is clean and operational
