July 2016 - PresentAs the leader of the team, I am responsible for the day to day tasks of the team, vendor relations, providing reports on milestones and issues as well as customer support and communication.While leading in the Privileged Identity Management team, I have led the team through multiple technology implementations, VDI Bastion, Hysolate vGap, and currently application based privileged access. Each technology adapting to the changes in Adobe’s security posture or technological needs.Each technology required a unique analysis of the risk current risk at Adobe and looked to supply the best solution that mitigated the risk and supply the best user experience.

As the lead for the Windows systems engineers in IT I was responsible for performing 1:1’s with each, keeping track of projects and deliverables and helping to communicate to management the roadblocks that they were having in accomplishing their required projects while driving the team to continuous process improvement and automation.During this time, I was also part of a larger team to drive SaltStack as an automation platform for management of IT's Windows based services.

As a Systems Engineer, on a large team that supplied 24/7 global support, I worked with multiple area specialists to build and provide the services that teams within Adobe required.During this time, I worked in many areas, providing services such as file services for Mac and Windows, Virtualization support and migration, and automation.As part of larger team, I participated in the decision making process for transitioning to Infrastructure as a service (IaaS), providing a standardized set of equipment offerings for users who needed physical hardware as well as the Virtualization platform.As part of a smaller team, I became the lead automation engineer on the BladeLogic platform in the Windows OS space. During this time, I was able to automate the configuration standards ensuring compliance and security of the systems.
