Bridge provides “hands on” critical commercialization leadership to Phase Ib - III emerging biotech companies as the interim Chief Commercial Officer (iCCO). Russ has been the iCCO at 15 emerging biotech companies in the past five years. As the company’s iCCO Russ develops a 4-year Commercialization Roadmap including the launch imperatives for all functional areas, establishes the FTE “blueprint” for the Commercial / Medical Affairs organization inclusive of all commercialization costs enabling the company to successfully position its lead product(s) for commercial launch while absorbing the risk of a potentially negative Phase III readout. Through Bridge, emerging biotech clients are able access our full range of Commercial & Medical Affairs go-to-market capabilities including but not limited to Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, HEOR, KOL development, publication planning, scientific narrative and Information Technology that Russ actively coordinates & oversees as the iCCO. Bridge also provides rigorous commercial assessments for pre-clinical to Phase 2 assets whose outputs are used for internal portfolio prioritization decisions and to support investor/business development initiatives. That work also defines the early differentiation of the asset.He envisioned, co-developed & co-leads the Biotech Primer 2-day course “BioPharma Revenue Forecasting That Drives Decision Making & Investments. He serves as a commercial and business development advisor to BIONTX – the bioscience and healthcare innovation trade organization in North Texas, an affiliate of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization in Washington, DC. He also serves as the Commercial Expert for the California Life Sciences (CLS) FAST & NOME programs.

Led both the build out of the Commercial capabilities at Framework and the development of a multi-offering Preclinical module to advance companies to IND/CTA. The addition of both enabled Framework to position the company as end-to-end in the biopharma solutions industry.
