Just retired from HealthFirst Health Plans, a wonderful company and incredible experience. With over 25 years of Health Plan Operations, over the next 6 months will be establishing a consulting company, AdviseNow LLC, focused exclusively on Health Plan Operations, with a twist. I will never ask for a second "gig", and I will never write a large, never read report. Key areas of expertise: Front line leadership development, operations (claims, call center, enrollment and billing, et al.), and talent review. Accountable for Enrollment and Billing, Claims, Contact Centers and front end Resource Center, as well as Appeals and Grievances, Shared Services and Provider Network Operations. Part of a growing and vibrant health plan.

Accountable for leading world class commercial account claims processing functions across 26 states and the District of Columbia, with operations locations in Pennsylvania, Georgia and California. Also serve as the on-site Executive for the Mechanicsburg Operations facility encompassing both claims and call center functions. Additionally accountable for DeltaCare Operations- the managed care dental operations for Delta Dental in 50 states.

Accountable for Mid-Atlantic Health Plan Operations, including claims, member services, benefits administration and membership operations. Co-chair on several National committees, and serve as the region's accountable executive for IT.

Primary accountability was driving Inter-Plan Operations performance across Home and Host Claims processing and Provider Servicing.
