Taking Director Business Development to the next level.The title tells you my job is to grow the business, build customer relationships, and fill the sales funnel, but it doesn't answer why or how. I tell everyone the same thing. Customers have a hard job finding great suppliers and it's my job to match their need with my team's abilities. That is what I do. I fix things and grow things. Why defense and aerospace? It's in the blood. I grew up in the military. flying was everything and now I read about Aerospace and Defense in my spare time. I have since I was a kid. Lucky for me, my job is to help customers that build seriously cool things get the products they need, fix challenges they face, make it right, and deliver it on time. Truthfully, Customers are the best part of my job. Being that great supplier makes everyone's day.So, that's me, and I am at Bowhead where I am surrounded by people who are the same; passionate, focused, thrilled to work on aircraft carriers, bombers, missiles, subs, rockets, satellites, and so much more.
