I’m a problem solver, I get things sorted. My career has been dedicated to protecting businesses, their people, customers and brand. At times, also their industry. My greatest successes have been borne through forging relationships and collaboration, whilst always eager to learn something new. As a kid I always loved solving problems, exploring, finding what was wrong, fixing things and then making things work better. Often pulling school friends together to draw on their skills and experience. In a nutshell, that ultimately became the foundation to my career, coupled with what I learned from my Dad about the value of integrity in business. What use is it overcoming any challenge unless what you've learned from it makes things better for the future.I’m also a creator and a storyteller. When that comes together in my professional life, it lights my fire in sharing a vision, being straightforward, learning together, challenging and being challenged in return; all to inspire and deliver the right outcomes at all levels of business. When I was a kid of course, that more simply involved a lot of time in my Dad’s workshop. When I ask others about what ‘proven ability’ they recognise in me most often, common feedback reflects on my determination, sound judgement, adaptability, decisiveness and my diplomacy. Most notably it’s been said, when responding to business and workplace challenges and investigations that can tend to make other people’s jaws drop to the floor.With pride I can now say that I have over 15 years of experience in company and workplace investigations, mediation, ethics, business integrity, insider threat, fraud and loss prevention, and in building partnerships that enable the greatest successes.
