A 30+ year veteran of the call center management industry and the visionary behind CMD an outsourced customer service call center company focused in the higher education, government and healthcare industries.Prior to founding CMD in 1999, was senior vice president of operations at Compass Receivables Management (CRM). Guided the design, implementation and operation of major call centers throughout the nation. Before joining CRM in 1997, was a vice president with CSC Credit Services (a division of Computer Sciences Corporation) in Houston, Texas, where managed CSC’s 32 call centers around the country. The first 12 years was with Equifax Services with domiciled locations in Mobile, AL, West Palm Beach, FL and Seattle, Washington, where the last assignment was managing the Washington region. A member of the Maryland Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management and the Eastern Association of College and University Business Officers (EACUBO).Serves on the Board of Directors as immediate past board chair for Central Scholarship a Maryland not-for-profit devoted to helping individuals achieve a better life through higher education. Served for 8 years as vice-chair of the Board of Directors for Unified Community Connections formerly United Cerebral Palsy of Maryland and currently serve as a no-board committee member. Founder of Hoodstock Music Fest which is an annual music fest fund raiser for Unified.In November 2012, was recognized by the Maryland chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals as an ‘Unsung Hero’ for work with UCP. In 2011-12, was appointed to the Financial Sustainability Advisory Committee of Maryland’s Health Benefit ExchangeStudied business management at Century College.
