Brought in to lead the redesign and expansion of Safeway, Von's, Randell's and Genuardi's - each iconic national grocery destinations that remained fully operational during the multi-year initiatives. Built a strong partnership with cross-divisional team members resulting in significant operational improvements while elevating an already strong consumer experience. Created several additional concepts for retail rollout, expanding sales into new markets without diluting brand equity. Provided project supervision, brand development, retail fixture design, space plans, merchandising, and 2D/3D signage design. Developed fixtures and merchandising direction for such companies as Fry's Electronic, Home Depot, Martha Stewart, Michael's, Jody Coyote Jewelry, and many other brands.
