He also performed general site inspections to ensure that all BMPs and environmental controls were in place and did not require maintenance. Russel also served as Project Engineer with responsibilities that included all contract administration, maintaining the P-6 schedule, manage all cost reporting, perform financial projections, review all subcontractor change orders, review all submittals and RFIs prior to submission, facilitate subcontractor coordination and payment and run all owner progress meetings. Before these roles, Russel was the Roadway Engineer, which required tracking quantities, performing takeoffs, working with subcontractors, tracking daily cost, analyzing survey data, producing cost projections, compiling submittal data and checking quantities in the field. The project involved the demolition of one mile of roadway, construction of a 1-mile bridge, and more than 9 miles of roadway rehabilitation. -
