I founded APEX Utilities in February 2022 after working within the Utilities Industry for over 15 years I have extensive hands-on experience in the utilities, civil and construction industries extending to all aspects of field operations. I have a strong risk management approach to business, ensuring all potential risks are mitigated and managed in through all aspects of company performance and compliance.My main focus is on the overall direction and operational performance of onsite operations; I aim to provide positive leadership, coaching and development of a positive culture and long-term growth strategies. I genuinely care about the wellbeing and success of employees and about creating a safe, fulfilling and engaging work environment.I am an effective communicator as well as a strong relationship builder and am confident in my ability to understand all types of people and situations which allows me to play a key role in attracting and retaining the right people.My aim is to ensure day-to-day operations are conducted safely, efficiently, client-focused and to the highest quality standards.
