-Migration of Africell USSD platform from previous stakeholder-Develop technical proposals for the VAS & its aspects for Africell Uganda-Ensure the delivery of VAS products within the parameter of time, quality and cost based on customer requirements and existing network architecture.-Develop an RFQ for any new service and evaluate offers based on technology, capacity and cost.-Set up Project Plans and follow up these during implementation of VAS Services.-Lead in implementation of any VAS Services and interact with Marketing, IT, O&M, NOC, etc.-Collate handover documentation for any new service to be handed over to VAS O&M.-Ensure new services are introduced within the allocated budget and according to contracts.-Propose optimization and modification of existing and new services.-Ensure that Quality of Service is maintained after the service is launched.-3rd Party VAS Vendor management and interaction.-Support Integration and Acceptance Testing -Project manager for Africell.ug , mobile.africell.ug , africell intranet , africell mobile app development and maintenance-Mobile.africell.ug database management and migration -Generation of new / innovative ideas to bring up new solutions and optimize existing architecture.-Ensure that Quality of Service is maintained after the service is launched.

- Support in the definition of mass market offers – From Business case to effective launch- Maintenance of Orange Uganda Online Presence including orange.ug and its various sub-domains- Management of connection of USSD & SMS short codes to Orange Uganda- Development , maintenance and marketing of mobile applications for Orange Uganda including Orange Football Fan Club, My OrangeUG available on Google Play.- Management of 2014 Orange Wangula Cash promotion- Comprehensive database management and migration- Design , implementation , deployment and management of customized marketing campaigns to generate revenue for Orange- Responsible for all the reporting activities on a weekly, monthly of VAS activities for Orange UgandaReport to the VAS Manager and the Chief Marketing Officer
