We are a online boutique for men, we specialize in men's underwear, swimwear and lounge wear. As the owner I designed and created the website, I run all the social media for the store. Take care of all the buying of the products directly from the manufacturers. I process, pack and ship all the orders to ship them world wide. Organize and set up booths at various events during the year to sell products. From November 2014-December 2014 I opened and ran my own pop up store in Grant Park Mall.

I would greet and assist customers. Help them with their furniture decisions and help them create their dream space. I would process orders for the customers. I also assisted in all the visual merchandising of the store, to help create visually appealing rooms to help inspire out customers.

Started off as a Sales Associate, promoted to administrative assistant. I took care of all the customer orders at the store. I was responsible for taking care of all the shipments from various suppliers. Ordering and maintaining office supplies for the store. I would update all the staff sales and records for the store. Often communicate with head office and relay important information. I was also in charge of all the inventory of the store. I would also assist with the visual displays of the store to help maintain our visual standards. Also in charge of taking care of setting up all of the promotional marketing for the store.

I assisted the Visual Merchandiser to help her create the displays for the store and maintain our visual standards. Unpack the stock and process it for the sales floor. Assisted customers on the sales floor, changing rooms and cash register.

I was responsible for the upper gift shop at the Banff gondola. I would assist customers at the cash register, make sure the store had all the stock it needed. Took care of the float and deposits daily. I also was in charge of the stock and inventory for both of the gift shops. I unpacked and processed all the stock to made it ready for the sales floor, as well as maintaining the inventory in the computer system.
