About Russel Jamieson Chpp Fapm

A very proud chartered project professional, ChPP, as of October 2018.25+ years of project, change and PMO management has enabled me to gain a wealth of experience and skills, encompassing business, technical & people aspects. My PM career began with implementing Balanced Business Scorecards. Other projects have included business, infrastructure, platforms, software & networks as well as people across call centres, BdC rollout, legacy platforms replacement, software releases, developing & implementing Professional Communities. APM member since 1999, Fellow since 2009 & RPP since 2013. Committed to the development of the future generations of PM's #FoPM.A previous Project Director of mine said “Russel successfully delivered releases to live (during 2012 Olympics period), ensuring we had the necessary SI & customer sign offs in time for the go/no-go decision. He persisted in driving the Controlled Agility infrastructure demand, supported & drove colleagues within the POD to provide tactical options to allow deployment of the code in a switched off state in advance of the full ASG traps being ready. Provided regular monitoring. Code eventually deployed switched off. He did not lose sight of the eventual switch on of code, which he monitored to ensure it occurred without a hitch. He also drove WM re-platforming within EWMP, provided support on the run up and during the out of hours cutover. Thank you from senior team (Clive [MD], Ravi, Michelle & Daryl [Directors]).”Agile, AIM, APM, APMPQ, Assurance, Benefits, Change Manager, Coaching, Communications, Empowerment, Excel, FAPM, Financial Services, Governance, IT, ITIL, Leadership, MAPM, Mentoring, MS Project, MSP, PIR, Planning, PMO, PowerPoint, PRINCE2, Professionalism, Project Manager, Quality, Relationship Management, RPP, Scheduling, Stakeholder Engagement/Management, Team, Telecommunications, Word.Views expressed are my own.
