As a Realtor I have been able to serve my clients utilizing my many years of experience in client focused sales. Additionally, I have a gifted ability in building relationships with providers within my community to assist my clients in completing their transition into their new home and community. I have listed and sold properties representing clients in my community, large banks and asset management firms listing REO (bank owned) homes. I have helped them rehab, fix or flip their homes. I have also managed and coordinated fix and flip purchases as well as upgrades needed for resale. As a buyer’s agent I love helping my clients explore their new community to find their home and really enjoy their surroundings. Specialties: I have been listing and selling REO/short sales since 2007. My prior experience was serving clients in the home mortgage field. With the positive market value change over the past 3 years I now primarily serve my clients with selling their traditional equity sales and work with buyers relocating. The market in the past few years has been anything but typical but I have a good team working through the many lending changes that happen, sometimes weekly, to help our clients secure their next home. In the past two years we have seen tremendous growth that requires a seasoned representative to assist clients in submitting an offer that will place them into contract/escrow. I serve my clients with this experience. My wife and I chose to move our family to sunny, beautiful Bend in Central Oregon in 2012. Taking from my six plus years experience as a Realtor, in the fast paced San Diego market, I continued to serve my clients in Central Oregon. We definitely thrived in this community. However, in 2020 we had a change and felt the Lord calling us to the South. In 2020 I flipped a couple units in Upstate South Carolina and in 2021, we were called to the Nashville area to continue investing and working in the Real Estate market.
