Responded to Spills and Utilities Failures with downstream analysis and Water Resources protection actions, documenting the City's response for NPDES compliance, like the Bellevue Ford Dealership fire where the DOE said that this was the "best outcome that could ever be expected" after discovering that over 100 gallons of motor oil was released to a direct discharge system next to Sturtevant Creek with NO oil impacts. Worked to create a Public Records Retention system that is fully compliant with the Records Retention Act. Hanging as-builts wasn't very fun but it made the inspectors job very easy. Created a lasting system of record keeping that still exists and works for all of Public Works and the Planning departments.
