I currently head up NPD and Trade support for Quality Spirits International managing a small yet effective team. This involves managing a high volume of fast paced projects through the business from initial design concept briefs through to the final bottled product.As well as QSI owned brands, we specialise in private labels spirits for several major supermarkets and European discount chains as well as other global clients.

Job Description: I am currently employed as a Technical Account Manager/Print Production Manager for Sonoco-Trident and look after the William Grant & Sons account. My duties include the following:• Ensuring brand consistency throughout the clients range of over 100 premium brands• Building and maintaining client relationships with the team of 17 New Product Development team that I deal with on a daily basis• Developing working relationships with over 30 print suppliers used on this account• Developing improvement tools & processes such as generic print specs and master mandatory logo library to aid the client briefing process.• Increasing revenue and maximising profit on the account• Identifying additional revenue streams and presenting to the client • Liaising with clients, marketing & designers in order to come up with an effectivedesign to suit the chosen production method and follow this through to the printed product• Interpreting the clients requirements and distributing artwork briefs to our studio • Attending print runs of new products either with or on behalf of the client• Offering advice of the best proofing solution for particular projects• Routing/planning of artwork/repro using our online software• Reporting monthly KPI statistics• Workflow and process improvements• Quotations & Invoice reporting• Vast knowledge and understanding of both lithographic and flexographic printing• Using all major applications (Adobe CS suite, Artpro, Esko Workflows)• Working to ISO Standards

I was a key member of the reprographics team and was involved in lithographic printed materials including labels, packaging and commercial for several blue chip clients. I also worked on flexographic corrugate packaging during this period.
