Managing a team of highly skilled consultants I was responsible for the deployment of Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) software solutions. As the primary escalation point for clients, I developed strong working relationships with business and technology executives, PMO, senior leadership and project sponsors. Working closely with key personnel I developed and managed the execution of the overall project plan.

As a valued member within the Metering and Settlements department, I held the lead role in ensuring the latest IT solutions were implemented to meet business objectives. These solutions helped to ensure that maximum business process efficiency was achieved and risk was minimized.

As a key member of the company wide IT transformation program I was fortunate to be deeply involved with the deployment and adoption of several business critical systems. I worked closely with project managers, senior business executives, SMEs and vendors to ensure that business requirements were accurately and effectively captured throughout system design and development. Post go-live I was responsible for ensuring that system functionality remained aligned with business processes and objectives.
