I work with high-net worth individuals in developing energy efficient self serve laundries as well as working with existing store owners in creating a more energy efficient store environment while building higher net profits. As for the majority of the new store investor's, it is the very first time for them to build and own a business. In order for it to be a pleasant and successful venture, I manage all aspects of the process from designing the store, building the laundry, and developing the marketing strategy for the start up phase as well as long term business plans for long term growth. I work with the lenders, architects, the municipalities, general contractors, as well as the laundry equipment companies installation team to ensure that it is all done to the satisfaction of the investors. To date, I have opened fourteen new stores in Texas and completed over a half dozen total rehabs representing over $6MM in new business. I designed and developed the very first “Green” store in the Southwest part of the Untied States in Austin, Texas as well as the very first "Green" store in San Antonio's market. The Austin store is is the single most profitable store per square foot in the Southwest and has been selected five times as the Best store in Austin. I have had the pleasure of opening a theme Laundry in Baytown, Texas; The Washabeeria is the first store in the Houston market area that serves high quality foot with an assortment of beers on tap. It was one of the fastest stores to break even in all my years of building them. Another example of my negotiating and sales skills, I was the first ever to negotiate an exception at the City of Houston's Municipal Utility Department on impact fee's saving my investor over $57,000 cash.

I managed all sales activity, managed all operations functions related to sales activity as well as had dotted line authority over the out/in bound call center.I worked with the Regional VP on opening Texas as a new market. My sales team took Texas from zero dollar sales to over $7MM annually in less than five years. Texas was the single most successful new start up market within the entire history of LoJack, Inc.

I managed all of the Territory Sales Representatives in the Southern Half of US; 17 states and over $77 Million in Sales. We participated in all classes of consumer sales; Grocery, Drug, Mass Merchandiser, and Discount.It was my job to recruit, hire, train and create an ongoing development program for each and every sales person on my staff. I was also given the responsibility to manage each customer’s general marketing fund working with each sales person. We had ROI goals for each dollar spent.
