I am a Family Nurse Practitioner, with primary care as well as Urgent Care and Emergency Room experience. Prior to my role change I was/am a dedicated Registered Nurse with 12 years of experience across many different departments that range from med/surg, telemetry, IMCU, ICU, ED, to administrative roles such as the Administrator on Site/House Supervisor. I am a healthcare professional with exceptional clinical and didactic skills. I am most comfortable in fast paced/emergent situations and adept in crisis management, but am also at home in the slower paced patient centred realm of care. I am skilled in technical procedures with a strong emphasis on patient assessment, education, as well as suturing, splinting, and wound care and evaluation.
