I am an experienced and capable manager who has a successful track record of Improving businesses that I have been tasked to manage. Through my extensive sales experience I understand the business manager's need to consistently encourage the team and increase profits as well as turnover. I have a firm belief in exploring and utilising the existing talent and resources within a business before making significant changes. Once the abilities of the team have been established and evaluated, I then begin to implement the changes I think are necessary to move the business forward. My interests include spending time with my wife, modern and contemporary art, architecture, 20th century literature, world history and scotch whisky. I am well travelled, having lived and worked in Denmark and the USA in addition to visiting 18 other countries.I describe my strengths and personal qualities as being a strong and personable communicator, with integrity, resilience, and ability to analyse and solve problems.
