Reporting to the CEO, this role involved leading a team of corporate service professionals in supporting our multidisciplined organisation with resourcing and advice relating to HR, IT, WHS, RRTW, Facilities and Corporate Services.We are focused upon delivering meaningful and measurable outcomes to children, families and individuals within our broader community.

This role included managing the organisation's broader support functions for all programs across six (6) sites in the greater Brisbane region. While I worked for Silky Oaks, I also continued consulting to small business until I realised I needed to choose between continuing in my own business or investing in this amazing community focused NFP. The decision was not easy, but I felt led to scale back my small business consultancy to solely focus upon Silky Oaks.

I was hired as a consultant to support the CEO during a time of change management. The consulting support delivered included HR, risk and corporate advisory.After ten months of working alongside an amazing group of passionate professionals, I accepted a permanent part-time role as the Operations Manager.

Senior management role. Managing project and contract clients, customer service, compliance, tender preparation, specialist procurement, debtor management, supply chain management, internal business operations and risk management just to name a few. This role was integral to the broader success of several business Divisions within the Group as it serviced both internal and external clients. It required a high degree of risk management, compliance and collaboration.

Senior project management role, overseeing project and contract clients. Key aspects of this role were; customer service, compliance, tender preparation, contract administration, project account and dispute resolution tasks, debtor management, risk management and internal business support.This was a centralised project, tender and compliance management role for three separate business Divisions within the Group. It involved a high level of team integration with the Group's finance, accounts, credit control, operations and administration personnel.

Onsite Project Manager for all cranes, labour and lift logistics. LCR worked in parallel with Monadelphous on the Incitec Pivot JV Shutdown (6 month project).- Onsite Plant, Labour and Maintenance Scheduling- Contract Management- Subcontractor Management- Onsite Safety and Risk Management.Major Achievement• 10,000 man hours worked with no injuries (MTI's or LTI's).

National maintenance management role overseeing project and contract clients in the building and construction (high rise) industry. This role predominantly involved:- Maintenance Planning and Scheduling- Contract management- National Labour and Subcontractor Management- Risk Management- Asset Management.

Project managed various internal projects, reporting directly to the Group Executive Team. The brief for these projects varied however most involved; auditing, process review, refinement and development, training and support. - Corporate Office Fitout - Industrial Depot Establishments - Maintenance Projects - Business Unit Projects.
