Responsible for Drake Recruitment Services for the Victorian region including branch networks and CBD locations. Within these businesses there are a number of areas and disciplines covered, including specialist areas of Procurement and Supply Chain that fall under Vertical Talent. My role with Vertical Talent sees me overseeing the Melbourne business which comprises a number of experienced Procurement and Supply Chain recruiters.

My career progression at Hays saw me work across a number of different verticals, including Facilities Management, Commercial Construction, Logistics and Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Operations and finally Procurement. From an operational standpoint I have built successful permanent and temporary businesses but my real passion is building recruitment teams in new markets. Before exiting the business mid 2009, I was responsible for managing a number of "specialist" business units across Logistics, Manufacturing and Procurement with a focus on profitable growth and productivity.
