I worked on the FRC and FRC2 projects which delivered full retail contestability to the Queensland electricity market. This involved the design, implementation and execution of system and regression test cases. The project work transitioned to business support which allowed me to use the knowledge gained on the project to help the business succeed in completing their goals.

I worked on the DART project delivering licencing and compliance software to Brisbane City Council. I was responsible for all aspects of system testing including strategy, design, execution, reporting and defect management. I also assisted users with UAT ensuring that any problems raised were resolved before implementation.
