Conducts briefings and reviews for command staff and subordinate level managers to clearly articulate alternatives to meet un-programmed, high priority manpower requirements. Conducts major projects (e.g., large scaleorganizational, functional, and manpower studies) applicable manpower regulations, policies, and procedures; to include defining schedules/timeliness and parameters, conducting on-site interviews andanalysis, finalizing results/making recommendations and providing written ororal results. Follows the US Army Manpower Analysis Agency (USAMAA) five-phase methodology for all manpower studies. Prepares manpower study plans for all manpower studies that include the process, methodology, program objectives, and milestones, and major studies may include an on-site to begin the study along with an on-site validation of workload collected for 12-months.
