Russell Lee is a manager of a family office located in Savannah GA & a co-founder of Stage Point Capital, LLC a specialty finance company. He brings over 30 years experience in wealth management, real estate & corporate finance working with publicly traded & private companies. He has participated in hundreds of IPO's & various corporate fund raising efforts. Mr. Lee previously held positions as Senior Vice President Investment Banking at Bear Stearns, Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers & Senior Vice President of UBS. For the last 20 years he has managed family office investment strategies. He was also a cofounder and partner in a Singapore based private equity firm called Opvs Group. His specialties include corporate fund raising including asset based lending, mergers &acquisitions, & buy & sell side due diligence analysis. His network of relationships include family offices, private equity firms & mega high net worth individual investors as well as asset based lenders. Mr. Lee's formal education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Northeastern University. Mr. Lee is originally a native of Savannah GA but has lived in the Boston & New York area since 1981 although recently he relocated to Savannah 6 years ago.
