• Provide day to day sales support, maintain and build on existing relationships with contracted customers in Aberdeen• Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled at every level from initial order to dispatched goods• Regularly monitor delivery performance levels, attend and participate in monthly meetings relating to all aspects of the contract including day to day liaison with QHSE department• Provide full product support both internally and externally including product innovation, sales marketing, QHSE advice in line with British Standards.• Prepare tender submissions with relevant sales data, pricing and QHSE documentation including all finishing.• Work closely with the internal sales team to maximise sales and margins for all contracts• Introduce innovative new products inline with current trends and North Sea safety strategies

• Provide International sales support, process all International customer orders and quotations.• Prepare all external presentations including KPI reports and sales tools for business development.• Arrange travel flights, documentation, maintain expenses for VP and Account Managers.• Co-ordinate marketing strategy for the UK including preparation of bespoke product catalogues & promotional materials.• Maintain the UK website including the WWW E-Commerce Customer purchasing platform.• Prepare tender submissions with relevant sales data, pricing and QHSE documentation.

• Provide marketing & design resources for the Oil & Gas team.• Develop & administer customer e-commerce websites, CD-ROM product catalogues.• Design all bespoke print catalogues, product matrixes, safety initiatives, product promotions and exhibition displays.• Prepare tender submissions with sales data, pricing, financial reports, QHSE documentation including production & finishing.• Maintain all internal forms & documentation including product data sheets.
