Process analysis, oversight, governance and architecture for Cbus across a range of projects focussing on Insurance and Member Experience

Accountable for developing and maintaining the organisation’s process architecture, training and reviewing the work of the process modelers and supporting the Business Architect in the development and management of the Business Capability Architecture.

Accountable for developing the design and methods of operation of the new Data Science and Analytics functions for MLC Life Insurance as well as SME for data migration from NAB to MLC Life Insurance

In October 2016 NAB sold its majority ownership in MLC Life Insurance to Nippon Life Insurance. This role was the same as the Solution Architect (Information and Data) in the post-separation structure. The role and accountabilities were the same with the only difference being the company.

Accountable for establishing a reporting and advanced analytics function in CommInsure to service the rapidly growing Direct Life business. This included activities ranging from developing and deploying significant improvements to the predictive underwriting processes through to being an active contributor to the CBA Group Analytics Strategy.

Designed and managed 1.5TB datamart on Teradata for Cards Analytics for monthly, weekly and daily reporting covering account behaviour and product drivers coded in SQL. SME for Cards data supporting Cards Analytics, Cards Product, CRMA, Marketing and Group Data Warehouse. Provided analytics input into business initiatives ranging from AMEX through to on-going campaign activity and product feature design. Produced training materials for data use and best practice use of Teradata and SAS
