I spent the better part of my career working in nearly all parts of the logistics and operational management for Ryder Systems Inc. I’m no stranger to complicated operational environments. I’ve overseen numerous greenfield launches, expanding the company footprint across North America. When I left the company in 2020, I oversaw the operations for 1,600+ drivers, over 900 tractors, 2,500 trailers, and an administrative staff of 145 personnel. My team drove over 200 million miles annually and provided critical supplies to companies all over North America. Throughout my tenure at Ryder, I led my teams to win numerous awards from Ryder, including multiple Driver of the Year awards and Safety Performance awards. In addition to these recognitions, Toyota has also continually awarded my team for excellence, quality, value, and diversity.I’m incredibly team focused.
