Role involves management and continuous development of the CSBA Project Management Analytics and Reporting System in order to improve service delivery and support robust governance oversight of CSBA performance in the delivery of infrastructure for the Department of Justice across the entire project lifecycle.- Managed and coordinated regular inputs and outputs from the CSBA Project Management Analytics and Reporting System by utilising combinations of Excel, Smartsheet and Power BI. These systems were used to facilitate the delivery of accurate and timely analysis and reporting of project performance in order to develop comprehensive reports for key stakeholders.- Managed quarterly reporting for ICT projects across the entire department. This involved coordination of project updates across multiple stakeholders and project groups. Briefs were also then prepared in the EBC system to be endorsed at a Secretary and Minister level.- Constantly sought opportunities to automate and enhance the efficiency and functionality of information inputs and outputs. This resulted in a variety of new documented processes being implemented and enhancements being made to existing systems. This included a recurring process that manually took several hours of work that was improved to under 5 minutes of manual work.

This role was part of a 6 week secondment in the Data Provision team as part of the COVID-19 response from the Victorian Government.This role involved maintaining and developing data sets and undertaking reporting and analysis to support the COVID-19 cases, testing and vaccination system. In addition, the role was responsible for collating, maintaining and analysing data using standard tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, R and SQL) and ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate and high-quality data products and reports.While my time at this role was short, I was able to gain proficiency in the Salesforce CRM database used to manage COVID cases and identify opportunities for improvements and automation on processes by utilising Excel and PowerShell, as well as the creation of Salesforce and PowerBI dashboards.

This role was a rotation with the Crime Statistics Agency within Evidence and Insights as part of the 2020 Victorian Government Graduate Program.- Worked on Male Victims of Family Violence research project, analysing qualitative and quantitative data from various sources such as the Victoria Police family violence database and Victims Services, Support and Reform data.- Validation and fulfilment of data requests for external and internal stakeholders using SQL, Excel and visualisation tools.- Asked to assist in analysis of COVID-19 departmental priorities which was being sent to the board of management and office of the secretary due to complex analysis and visualisation requirements.- Documentation and streamlining of collection and analysis process of monthly prison data in collaboration with Corrections Victoria.

This role was a rotation with the Patronage team within Transport Analysis and Modelling as part of the 2020 Victorian Government Graduate Program.- Investigation of team processes and viability of implementation of AWS Athena as a new method to query and access data.- Generation of weekly reports using Tableau analysis.- Fulfilled data requests from external stakeholders using combinations of R, Python, SQL, Excel and visualisation tools to manipulate Myki and patronage data.- Investigation of discrepancies with internal public transport data.

Admission into this program is based on academic results, interviews with Monash IBL partners as well as a range of other criteria.Worked within the Delivery Efficiency team, custodians of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) who seek to remove waste from inefficient process through analysis of internal processes. This was achieved through governance and risk assessment of internal SDLC delivery changes across Technology department of NAB.
