One of my goals is to create a multi layered client bank by advising parents, kids and grandkids. This would be a testament to the service provided to clients.We feel that KPW Investments provide a more personal client touch than most other firms. We believe this to be true by providing bespoke investment portfolios, researching all investments ourselves and not outsourcing the investment responsibility to other companies which is becoming very popular within the industry.We are continually improving our knowledge endeavouring to attain chartered status as soon as possible whilst at present this is not a requirement of the regulator.

Financial Adviser & Stockbroker

To start with the position was a trainee financial adviser and stockbroker. In-house training and examinations with relevant professional bodies were undertaken before any client contact was allowed.Per the Edward Jones way of doing business I had to build my business from scratch by knocking on doors in my local community introducing myself and the company to the area. No direct sales were permitted merely an introduction of me and the company's services.Throughout the next three years I established my business in Uddingston, South Lanarkshire by offering clients a wide range of investments to suit their individual needs. With the backing of a multibillion dollar company I had access to some of the best stock/bond analysts in the business along with highly regarded economists and strategists. The knowledge extracted from these people will be invaluable forever.Unfortunately the Edward Jones model was not able to be fully replicated from the USA to the UK and the company relocated back to the USA in October 2009.
