Throughout my 30 plus years management career, my responsibilities have increased through progressive promotions based on the ability to manage people, meet contract and company budgets, effective communication internally and externally, understanding of commercial risks, project and customer focused, and the ability to manage multiple portfolios.Responsibilities have encompassed the efficient management of departments including Design (mechanical, electronic, firmware and software), Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Project Management which included managing projects, tender, contract reviews, finalization of project scope, contracting of various external business activities, identifying project risks, meeting both project schedules and budgets, reporting project status, and coordination of all project activities.Having the ability to manage in different industry sectors including manufacturing, logistics and construction while drawing on a extensive experience in the implementation and development of valued added systems, maximization of system outputs, focused on key customer requirements, successful implementation of various Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, industry schemes and regulatory requirements has given me the knowledge, flexibility, skills and refined management style to be successful in any future career management roles.
