We have now launched EE along with 4G, and we needed to hire over 600 advisors into stores around the UK in 6 weeks. We ran over 90 assessment centres throughout the country - assessing well over 1000 candidates. We have achieved fantastic results with our total hires in 6 weeks totalling over 620 advisors, 40 Store or Assistant Managers, and over 40 BAU temps. This has been by far the company’s biggest, most extravagant and most successful campaign in its history. We are now set up for EE 4G and the exciting paths that lie ahead.
