Serving in Idaho's Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses as general counsel to 16 professional boards including: * The Board of Medicine and its auxiliaries; * The Board of Dentistry; * The Board of Pharmacy; * The Board of Nursing; * The Board of Veterinarian Medicine; * The Board of Podiatry; * The Board of Psychology.

Provided legal services to corporations and individuals including the organization and sales of businesses, employment and residential contracts, nonprofit funding, and estate planning.

Prosecuted major criminal offenses including homicide, rape, crimes against children, domestic violence, and drug trafficking. Represented prosecutor's office on chief therapeutic justice courts including Wood Court and felony drug court. Handled all post-conviction and extradition matters for the county.

Worked for the Office of the Idaho Attorney General in the Appellate Unit of the Criminal Law Division, writing, filing, and arguing appeals. Supervised extradition review for the State of Idaho, including training attorneys and judges in extradition practice and developing the Idaho Interstate Manual on Extraditions in 2015, with revised editions in 2016 and 2017, which is used as the desk reference for state officials and judges.Produced the 2015 Revised Fifth Ed. of the Uniform Post-Conviction Procedure Handbook. Advised the Idaho State Legislature on pending criminal legislation and Second Amendment issues, and wrote several Attorney General Opinion letters.
