GENERALResponsible for client liaison, managing project and team resources, and overall project design to ensure that all contractual obligations and project outcomes are achieved to a high level of excellence. The project is a result of City of Sydney design competition and stringent DA compliance requirement. • 13-19 Baker Street Banksmeadow, NSW (2018-2019)Design and construction of multi-story 29 unit industrial warehouse with a cost of $20 million for LEDA.• 1408 Anzac Parade, Little Bay, NSW (2016-2018) “Illume”Design and Construction of 179 apartments and through site pedestrian link at “Illume Little Bay” with a cost of $78 million for TA Global Group.• 21 Waitara Avenue, Waitara, NSW (2016)Design and construction of 290 apartments at “Park Rise” with a cost of $80 million for Winten Property Group.

GENERAL• Designed, implemented, and managed an enterprise-wide cost and claim financial database across all projects streamlining the AIA requisition process for company wide reporting and tracking capabilites.• Customised the company's bespoke document management software and co-led the creation of primary and supplemental protocol manuals to ensure consistent processes across all company projects.• Trained employees in protocols, management, software, oversight, and procedures.PROJECTS• 33 East 74th Street New York, NYMajor structural demolition and re-build/refurbishment of a row of seven diverse heritage brownstones into a single structure containing 10 ultra-luxury custom designed condominium residences ranging from 3,850 sf to over 10,000 with sales prices between $15 million and $45 million USD.• 33 Beekman Street, New York, NYNew construction of 34-story 385-room, 761 bed privately-owned dormitory with student amenities and public park for end user Pace University with significant logistical hurdles in downtown Manhattan. Upon completion was the world's tallest dormitory.• 250 West Street, New York, NYRenovation with significant structural modifications of a 1906 built warehouse consisting of 11 stories and 300,000 sf into 106 luxury condominium residences with amenities including a library, 61 foot lap pool, fitness center, children's playroom, roof terrace and separate new-build rooftop $30 million USD (sale price) penthouse with private parking, separate lobby, private lift and separate private rooftop terrace.

PROJECTS• World Trade Center Tower 4, New York, NYPart of the World Trade Center Redevelopment, construction of a 78 story, 298m high state of the art commercial and retail building with 223,000 square meters of lettable space. Some project specific works include 4 basement levels, 12 fuel cells, 37 superfast lifts, and underground connection to the NYC Subway system and PATH rail. The project obtained LEED Gold Certification.• World Trade Center Tower 3, New York, NYPart of the World Trade Center Redevelopment but completed up to level 7 until recommencement of construction in 2014, construction of an 80 story, 328m high state of the art commercial and retail building with 232,000 square meters of lettable space. The project has an underground connection to the NYC Subway system and PATH rail and obtained LEED Gold Certification.
