I have a passion for real-estate, finance and investments.For the last successful & enjoyable 18 years I have worked within the specialist investment property market running my own business! For this period of time I have worked very closely with all the main developers across the UK & niche bespoke developers who operate in their own market space! Day to day duties could involve working with architects, planning departments, developers and not forgetting our clients who we have successfully sourced properties for to meet there purchasing strategies! Over the last 18 years I have sourced and sold 100’s of investment properties both UK wide & Overseas giving our clients excellent returns both from a yield and capital appreciation perspective!This is not a traditional 9-5 job but for me it ticks all the boxes with regards a career.
