I have worked in the Long Term Care Industry for over 20 years. Having worked my way from CNA to Nursing Home Administrator and a Multitude of positions in between. I now own a consulting company assisting facilities to improve the quality of their Medicare programs and maximize appropriate reimbursement for services rendered. Additionally I work with a Compliance Attorney to assist facilities in improving the integrity of their current programming. I have also served on the Illinois School of Health Careers Advisory Board.
