Assist customers with product selection based on extensive knowledge regarding drill pipe grade, weight, range, API & Premium drill pipe connections, hard banding and internal plastic coating.

Provided global support for oil & gas operators by supervising the installation of casing and tubing with Tenaris/Hydril Premium Connections at onshore and offshore well sites.Supervised running of casing with Tenaris / Hydril Wedge Series 500 Premium Connections with Dopeless Technology for Petrohawk & Noble Energy JV in the Haynesville Shale. Successfully ran 9-5/8” intermediate liner to an approximate TMD of 34,800 ft. utilizing Weatherford’s state-of-the-art top-drive mounted casing running system. Well was drilled to a TMD of 37,165 ft. with a TVD of 5,400 ft. and a maximum inclination of 87 deg.Successfully utilized casing drilling to drill 543 ft. of hole for Shell Western E&P in the Pinedale Anticline. Utilized a tapered production casing string consisting of 5”, 23.20 ppf, P-110 Hydril 513 connection & 4-1/2”, 15.20 ppf, P-110 Hydril 563.Hydril Company was purchased by Tenaris in May of 2007. Performed visual and dimensional inspection of all Hydril premium connections during manufacturing process, strictly adhering to all Hydril quality plans and procedures.
