Heading up a new division of Andovar to specifically target multi-national, enterprise clients.The role will encompass developing key sales and marketing strategies, account growth action plans as well as building and training a team of Business Development and Account Managers to assist with this global initiative.

International sales manager with responsibility for globally disparate and multi-cultural sales team spanning 3 continents and 12 time-zones. Key targets for success include expansion of existing and new business via customized sales and referral campaigns as well as the development and mentoring of a growing team of sales and account managers.My wider role includes the creation of an updated training and assessment program for all sales and account managers within the company, taking into account industry knowledge, best practices learned since the company’s inception and combining real project experience to create an up-to-date, comprehensive and immersive set of materials.At a Corporate level I am involved with the definition and development of company-wide strategies, policy making and pricing models, as well as the identification of new target markets and service areas. Included within this is the ownership of the Sales Department OKR program; setting and negotiating department and individual OKRs and ensuring the team are working toward the strategic goals of the company.At an operational level, I manage high-profile accounts including other MLVs, assist all sales reps with client consultations, approve quotations and rate-sheets, and represent the company at global and regional industry events.
