In a TA support role - installing tie-in connection to support Capital work - I helped develop hot tap packages and secured the necessary endorsements to get them completed. I led safety discussions and worked with contractors to improve understanding of job scope and how to look at job steps to plan daily schedules and review contractors' safeguards. I monitored and worked with EPC and contractors to improve productivity in the field, reviewing multiple areas to reduce waste (e.g. PTW delay).
