Employment Placement Manager
Conduct weekly career development and interpersonal relations workshops for 120 students. Engage as an adviser coaching 14 Interns on work-related issues including conflict resolution, performance, and decision-making recommendations to help resolve employment issuesAssist 120 interns in understanding and applying people skills, and procedures to help in maximizing performance in achieving both personal and organizational effectiveness.Analyze data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to support business objectives furtherWork independently and as part of the employment team in developing strong professional relationships with corporate partners, peers, managers, executives, and cross-functional teams.Ability to use sound judgment to problem solve, make decisions, and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time.Displays the highest commitment to customer service and maintains an outstanding employment experience based on surveys and one-to-one face interaction.Work with individuals regarding conflict during the transition from internships to full-time employment. Provide Career coaching & job search support resources. Develop and manage internal diversity and inclusion programs and events. Communicate effectively in finding a solution to overcome internal and external relations challenges. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key contacts inside and outside the organization. Secure and fill both national and local job requisition goals of 85% annually to meet the organization's positive outcomes goals. Recommend and develop workable solutions to improve and resolve internal complaints. Prepare all candidates for career opportunities through coaching, resume writing, and mock interviews.
