I have practiced as a litigation attorney in Arkansas and other states across the country handling primarily large commercial litigation matters for almost 40 years. I focus my commercial litigation practice now on construction disputes and product liability cases.I also have a mediation/arbitration practice where I act as a neutral on most any kind of dispute. As a litigator, over the years, I have handled both plaintiff's cases and cases for defendants. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, my experiences give me the ability to relate to each of the parties and to assist them in taking full advantage of the mediation/arbitration process and developing a strategy for getting their dispute resolved.
