I’m Russell I have over 18 years experience in recruitment and have worked for both large corporate and independent technical recruitment businesses, developing high performing teams, launching new brands into the market and creating solutions to solve talent challenges. I’m the founder of a niche recruitment business, Copello. After 13 years in recruitment I wanted to create a people focused recruitment business driving performance through culture. Our goal is to reset the industry’s approach to the market and create a new benchmark for talent solutions for our customers. We want to be more than a standard recruitment provider to our customers, and add more value then a ‘salary survey’ or forwarding the latest REC quarterly.
