Regulatory Advisor within the EMEA business. Involved in both consumer and industrial projects for the UK and international markets. Responsible for ensuring that McCormick functions in compliance with relevant food legislation.

Responsibility for legal pack copy and artwork approval on behalf of retail customers including Aldi, Morrisons, Asda and Musgrave. To deliver exceptional client service by demonstrating the consistent delivery of technically accurate and legally correct copy and artwork through effective participation in clients’ NPD Process and by developing strong relationships with key client personnel and suppliers.

Involved with developing new products for Retail and Industrial customers from concept to launch. Responsibility for generating ‘right first time’ specifications and artwork approval for all new products and redevelopments. Managing customer complaints system and complaint responses including retailer scorecards, sampling and CPM figures both for internal operations meetings and all retail customers. Management of Raw material supplier information database, keeping up to date information and records for all customer and third party audit requirements. Ensuring legal compliance and advising on quality parameters for intake.Key Technical contact during EHO, TSO, BRC, Soil Association and customer audits. Member of HACCP team with responsibilities for updating process flow and CCP summaries along with other HACCP documentation.
