My role at Cloudinary is to use my years of DAM expertise to help accelerate the technical and commercial development of the Cloudinary DAM product. Driving executional excellence and bringing direction to the DAM business by defining the strategy for the coming years. Responsibility for DAM P&L and for building and running a cross functional matrix team.

As Managing Director for BrandMaster in the UK my job was to bring BrandMasters DAM to the UK market. Historically focused on the Nordic region BrandMasters powerful brand management system will allow UK brand and marketing teams to take control of their brand, assets and creative processes in one easy to use tool.

I started the UK office for Bynder in London back in 2014. Building the team and the recurring revenue from scratch. Involved myself in all aspects of the operation of the office from sales to implementation and customer success. Proud to have built a very strong and happy client base over the years with exceptionally high retention rates and low churn. Also built a very dedicated and close knit team who have been instrumental in building the business in the UK.

Northplains acquired VYRE in 2012 and brought with it a strong tradition in DAM excellence, through the acquisition of a number of technologies Northplains goal was to become the dominant player in the DAM market.The VYRE product at this time had evolved into an out of the box DAM called On Brand, which provided customers with a highly branded, turnkey DAM solution. On Brand joined the existing lineup of Northplains flagship Telescope tool and the Xinet platform that had also been acquired during 2012.During my time with Northplains I continued to head up the professional services department for the On Brand DAM and Unify side of the business.

I joined VYRE in 2010 as a Senior Consultant and was responsible for working with organisations to determine how VYRE's powerful web-based development platform Unify could best be used to bring process efficiencies to their businesses.The majority if these solutions would provide bespoke Digital Asset Management solutions to creative and marketing teams and also for product departments. My work with organisations such as Virgin Holidays, Nokia, Nestle and Diageo involved specifying and implementing DAM systems that drastically improved process efficiencies and asset creation spend.I stepped up to run the Professional Services team, up to 50 employees covering disciplines such as consultancy, project management, design and development. During this time I developed a passion for delivering excellent services to our clients and in building strong client relationships.

Condeco is now a major player in the world of workplace management, when I worked for them the company was called RNM Systems and was at the forefront of boutique bespoke dynamic web application creation for major international corporations.I joined RNM Systems initially as an ASP developer, my first project being to create a Digital Asset Management (DAM) System for the construction industry called Project Engine. Project Engine was sold to a number of business and allowed them to securely store and manage their project documents and files online.Various other projects and roles followed, including becoming the Head of Development, where I oversaw the development department of up to 15 ASP and ASP.net developers. Finally I moved into project management and consultancy for the Condeco room booking system before moving on to new challenges

As a Rapid Response Team Developer my role was to design and build small, tactical solutions for the GSK R&D division. At the time the main development resources of the R&D IT department were working on large scale strategic projects which meant the smaller projects were never undertaken. The Rapid Response Team was able to deliver these small projects quickly and efficiently, alleviating the strain on the main development team and delivering value to the business.
