• Serve as Category Manager for: new site implementation process, medical supplies/equipment, facilities, site closures, oxygen, AED management, audiometers, and music licensing • Negotiate national and site-specific agreements with key suppliers and lead RFP process• Contribute to company-wide projects with a wide range of departments, including managing/improving the FFE format for new site implementation and revising the site formulary addition process• Identify innovative procurement solutions that provide savings and improve efficiencies by maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers• Work closely with Accounts Payable, Client Billing, and Operations to ensure supplier invoicing accuracy for clients• Participate in Finance and Accounting department mentorship program

• Manage inventory for Nashville, Knoxville, and Lexington warehouses• Forecast sales in Excel for: 19 dry food, 4 canned food, and 36 treat/supplement SKUs• Place orders for 20 pallets of dog food 3 weeks prior to delivery • Oversee daily routing for a team of delivery drivers using Microsoft Streets & Trips• Improve Salesforce configuration to track and analyze sales; simplify the order placement process; utilize customer data; and create accurate inventory reports• Contributed toward 8.5% growth in sales in 2016, 6.3% in 2017, and 7.0% in 2018• Implemented and increased text message ordering 86% between July 2018 and July 2019

• Assist customers in finding effective solutions and ensure a positive experience • Maintain relationships with dog adoption groups, breeders, groomers, and kennels• Generate sales leads by representing Nature’s Select at trade shows

• Lead various activities, sports, and events for K–3 students • Field parent questions, dialogue, and feedback

• Responsible for the health, safety, and camaraderie of a cabin of 6 campers • Oversee the camp's music program• Teach swimming to campers age 8–16• Lead overnight camping trips (hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing)
