First year i was a project manager for all the field techs for New stores, Remodels, Service call for both the Retail and BSD divisions. I was responsible for scheduling technicians, checking in and out of calls, supporting them from a technical stand point with any issues. Marked up blue prints and created documents for various projects and roll outs. Worked closes with Office depot's new store group to complete all tasks and ensure success for our technicians. Ran all the Voice and Data, Installed all network equipment and phone system along with paging/music. Also installed all POS and desktops and worked with support to configure and test.
