My role at Tomnuk is two pronged in that I serve as a designer and an in house bran rep to A & D. I am responsible for developing new strategies to cultivate business opportunities while continually working with architects, interior designers and other trade clients to pursue new relationships and developing existing accounts. As the first hire at Dims., I was brought on to fill many roles required by a bootstrapped startup. Responsibilities included furniture design and development, packaging design, production management, logistics coordinator, content direction, and much more. I also spent time in Taiwan with our manufacturers overseeing the production of some of the flagship.

• Citta is a home and lifestyle design brand in New Zealand that prides itself on bringing contemporary Scandinavian design to Kiwis at a price that anyone can afford. I spent my time at Citta working with David.

• The opportunity to move to New Zealand and work for a burgeoning company like Resident was too much to pass up, especially when it meant an entire calendar year without winter, a concept I am all too familiar with.
• Sketching and modelling for meetings with clients and manufacturers.
• Researching existing trends, materials, and production processes.
• Working on special projects including updating graphics for box labels and online brochure.

• After graduation I wanted to get my feet wet in the creative waters of New York City. I was successful in acquiring a 5 month Internship at Souda, a design and manufacturing firm in Brooklyn where I was first exposed.
