Director of Service Delivery: -Responsible for the day-to-day technical operations and service delivery of all managed IT services.-Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations.-Develop project plans and budgets for the implementation of IT solutions and oversee the project’s success.

-Responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various IT servers and systems.-Strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the GDLS-FP Information Technology department.-Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware, software and other network related problems. -Manage Microsoft Exchange accounts, Active Directory, Group Policy, and folder permissions.-Respond to server monitoring system alerts to evaluate and remedy identified problems.-Responsible for evaluating, testing, and implementing software security updates for all network workstations and servers.-Responsible for the development and maintenance of all computer software images.-Provide desk-side technical assistance for issues unable to be resolved remotely.
