Overseeing the strategic management and leading the development of a healthcare simulation center for an Academic Healthcare Institution. Women's Guild Simulation Center is a 10,000 Sq Ft. $30M investment bringing experiential learning experiences to a workforce exceeding 14,000 Physicians, Nurses and Allied Healthcare Professionals.Driving the commissioning, purchasing, and system development of the center, I ensured the success, effectiveness, and operational quality of the facility as it operates. The center creates an environment that provides an immersive environment with state-of-the-art medical and clinical equipment ensuring the best educational environment.Delivering the overall operational, financial, and personnel leadership, I provide simulation training leadership and direction while working with faculty, staff and nurses to improve clinical learning, patient care and safety.► Conduct research in simulation education and develop innovative research in education including assisting in the design of study protocols, identification of funding sources, assistance with collection and analysis of data and reporting results of research projects.► Assume responsibility for incorporating best practices and evidence-based research in program development with a focus on standardization.

Within London's newest and most advanced healthcare simulation training center, I provided the exceptional clinical education and training that resulted in winning multiple awards and bids in excess of £1M. My involvement helped to develop one of the UK’s most highly regarded simulation centers.I developed and implemented training methods for clinical learning, patient care and safety while conducting resuscitation and emergency medicine procedures. Acting as an expert resource for resuscitation-related issues, I led root cause analysis investigations relating to sudden death.► Original contributor to The Human Consciousness Project, a 25-institution international consortium of multidisciplinary scientists and medical professionals studying human consciousness. This study has a record-breaking download and viewing rate for original research. ► Served as Interim Resuscitation Practioner of Whitington Hospital NHS Trust on behalf of Croydon Health Services NHS Trust in 2005.

Managing the Resuscitation Services for London’s largest healthcare trust with over 82 while delivering exceptional clinical education and training.► Developed and implemented training methods for clinical learning, patient care and safety as well as conducted resuscitation and emergency medicine procedures.► Continually analyzing new and innovative technology and concepts, I introduced resuscitation technology to all healthcare facilities as well as supported the introduction of physical healthcare into the mental health setting.
